Some bright sparks on Reddit have pointed out that the Fire Spirit is among the things that changes in Warlords of Draenor, and therefore likely in patch 6.0. It becomes a Dead Fire Spirit, with flavor text reading "Too bad you didn't release it...". Don't forget to use them up before it's too late! 

Another similar item is the Overgrown Lilypad, which becomes a Wilted Lilypad-- "Climate change has dried up this specimen.".

How I did it

I've been promising people that I'd start listing more of my not so secret gold making info. The most important thing you need to do to make gold in MoP is play the game. Yeah, really play the game! Playing it smart will make you more of course.  You can't play smart without good information.

I'm sure a few people were hoping for a simple do this and make 10k an hour blog. My opinion is that most of the gold bloggers posting youtube links and guides aren't trying to help you make G. They are trying to make $. What I do changes constantly based on whats going on in game and what toon I'm having fun playing atm.

#2 - Ben can't keep a secret

  Ben of the booming voice will tell you the location of the days fishing hot spot.This makes it easy to lvl fishing and cooking while in a dungeon que. When he sends you to townlong steppes for the Crowded Redbelly Mandarin Schools it's a gold mine. Normally these are harder to find and are usually sold out on the AH.

To make this spot incredible find the Ancient Pandaren Fishing Charm.

Once your bags are over flowing with fish you can trade em for Iron Paw tokens through Bundle of Groceries.  525 cooking and completing the quest Preserving Freshness are required.

My best guess is that you average of 4.5 Golden Lotus a day from the Enigma seeds. Well over 1,000g a week from planting those seeds. I'll post more exact #s in the future.
